  • How can I subscribe to the news letter?

On this page, you will find a box at the bottom where you can enter your email address, just next to "Subscribe to our newsletter.

  1. Payments
  • Which payment method can I use to order?

Currently, you can pay with us using Paypal, Bancontact, Maestro, Mastercard, Visa and American Express.

  • Is it safe to use my credit card on your website?

To ensure that your payments are secure, we work with Mollie. The security system they use is one of the most reliable and secure systems worldwide. FourRoses does not access or store our customers' confidential payment information.

  1. Shipments
  • When will my order be shipped?

Orders that are in stock, we usually ship within 24 hours of payment and that Monday through Friday. It may take at most 4 business days for us to ship your order.

  • How much do I pay for shipping?

In the EU:
Free shipping for all orders over €200.
for orders under €200 in:
- BE/ LUX 8 euros standard
- NL / FR/ DE 16 euros standard
- Rest of Europe 24 euros standard

  • What countries are shipped to?

We ship orders to these countries within the European Union: Belgium, Germany, France, Luxembourg, the Netherlands.

  • How can I track my shipment?

Once your order is processed and shipped, we will send you a tracking number.

  1. Return

Returns are accepted up to 14 days after receipt.

  • How do I return an item?

Send your return to the following address:

Please ensure that all items still have the original tags and labels and are unworn, unwashed and undamaged. Don't forget to fill out the return form.

Put the item back in its original packaging (shoe box, plastic bag, etc.) and then pack it in a sturdy box. Make sure the box is tightly sealed and stick the label on the outside of the package.

We recommend that you choose an insured and trackable mode of transportation and that you keep your receipt for the shipment. Please note that returns are beyond our control until they arrive at our warehouse. Items are returned at your own risk and expense. Therefore, FourRoses cannot be held liable for refunds on lost, stolen or damaged items.

  • Do I have to pay double shipping costs if I return something?

When you return an item, we will refund the total amount, including the initial shipping costs paid.

  • Can I return my pieces to the store? And exchange them?

We also accept returns in our stores (Aalst-Antwerp-Ghent-Hasselt) under the same conditions as online returns. This means that you can also return in our stores or exchange for a different size.

  • How long does it take for a refund?

We will process your return as soon as we receive it, please allow 5-15 days to update your bank account. 

  1. Gift Certificates

We have two types of gift cards:

The gift card for the physical store. These can be purchased in our stores, for a value you choose. Please note that it can only be used in-store but not online on our web shop.

The webshop gift card can be purchased online and can only be used for online orders.

Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.
